Taylor Swift has already gone to several Chiefs games this year to cheer on Travis Kelce, and now it looks like he’s going to return the favor.

The international leg of Swift’s “Eras Tour” kicks off this week in South America, and it looks like Kelce is planning to head there. During the latest episode of Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast — which he records with his brother Jason — the two had a very interesting conversation about Travis’ upcoming bye week travel plans.

Jason: “Do you have something you’re looking forward to?”

Travis: “All I can say is it’s fine, and that’s it, go somewhere nice, I don’t know. My skin is getting all pale, so I’ve got to go somewhere sunny.”

Jason: “Somewhere in the south?”

Travis: “Near the Equator.”

Jason: “South of the equator?”

It’s like Travis is telling everyone he’s going to South America without actually saying he’s going to South America. According to the New York Post, plans are already in place and Travis will be there this week for Swift’s first South American show, which will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Swift is playing three shows in the Argentine capital starting Thursday and ending Saturday. While it’s unclear how many shows Travis will attend, he could conceivably make it to all three since he doesn’t have to return to Kansas City until Sunday.

If Kelis attends, he’s going to turn into quite the globe trotter. During Week 9, Kelce was on the field for the Chiefs’ 21-14 win over the Dolphins in Germany, which means he’s going from Germany to Kansas City to Buenos Aires in just four days.

The fact that Kelce attended Swift’s concert seems like a big step for this budding romance, and it comes after the singer attended four of her games. Swift returned for the first Chiefs game in Week 3 when Kansas City beat Chicago 41–10. She also appeared in Kansas City’s wins in Week 4 (vs. Jets), Week 6 (vs. Broncos) and Week 7 (vs. Chargers).

Although Travis has a bye this week, he will be back on the field in Week 12 and it will be interesting to see if Swift shows up, if only because the Chiefs will be facing a team she grew up rooting for: Philadelphia Eagles.

The Grammy-winning singer will be free on the game date (Nov. 20) if she wants to travel to Kansas City for the Super Bowl rematch. However, it will not be easy. After three shows in Argentina, Swift will head to Rio de Janeiro, where she will also hold three shows. The last show in Rio is scheduled for Nov. 19, and then after that, he doesn’t have another show until Nov. 24, so there’s a pretty big window for him to get back to Kansas City for the game. But it will involve a lot of travel.

At least one Eagles player has already made it clear he will. Prefer if Swift doesn’t go into the game. And that’s mostly because the Chiefs are unbeatable when she shows up.
